Faced with too many roos and have some questions...

I admit, it does sound tasty. I love slow roasting the store-bought chickens for 4-5 hours at 225-250 degrees. It would probably be even better with a homegrown bird.

I will just have to get over the fact that it is a bird I knew. Although, every time of the little roosters decides to attack my leg they start to look more and more like chicken dinner.
 
The meaner they get, the easier it is to put them into the pot.
