fill less tanks with water. Humidity comes from evaporation and more surface area equals more evaporation.

Some incubators have a humidity setting and a auto humidity feature.
What is your incubator?

Right now the water is poured in tank it has large surface. So next time I will keep a small plastic or a paper cup in the bottom with water.
Which will give very less humidity in the beginning.
