I think your humidity is to high during incubation.

It would help to know what incubator you are using but the simplest solution is to put in less water. Humidity is effected by the surface area on the water, a wider container with water has more surface area than a cup for example so the wider container will make your humidity go higher. I use a recycled yogurt cup for my humidity the first 18 days and then switch to several sponges on a plate for lock down in my home made incubator.

Why is my eggs taking more time to hatch.
Some eggs hatch at 20-21 but today is 22 and still some eggs are in hatching phase.

Do you have a picture of your incubator? Are there cool spots? Cooler temps will slow down chick development a little. It's not too unusual to have chicks hatch a few days apart though.

I am from india, it's hot here room temp is 32-33c.
Incubators temp is maintained at 37.5c
I have seen condensation in the lid. I used to put a cloth over it to avoid formation of moisture.

Some incubators have a humidity setting and a auto humidity feature.
