failure to thrive?

I have bought 22 chicks at a swap 3 weeks ago. I was told they were all 2 days old and Ameraucana and barred rock. I suspect there are some others mixed in but I'm pretty new to chickens so I'm not sure. They are just for pets/eggs so it really doesn't matter. Anyway they are all growing and doing great except for one. This little baby has not grown at all! She is the same size as the day I brought them home. Eats, drinks and acts perfectly fine. Feathering out just like the others, at the same rate. Just not growing in size at all. Is there anything I can do? Something I'm doing wrong?

Until/unless she starts showing any signs of illness, I'd just keep doing what you're doing. You could add some electrolytes to their water(it's basically just sugar) and it's only around $1 to try and won't hurt if it doesn't help.

She could just be a smaller bird. If she is eating, drinking, feathering, maybe she's just smaller that's all. Shes thriving in the other ways so I wouldn't worry. I have 10 chicks that hatched on the 11th. I have 7 Barred Rocks, 1 Golden Buff, 1 Silver Penciled Rock, and 1 Silver Laced wyannadotte. One of my Barred Rocks is really small compared to her sisters but she eats, drinks, and is feathering. I'd say she's thriving just small. She Flys to me lap and cuddles already. Shes one of the sweetest chicks! I wouldn't worry about your little one. She could be small or maybe a late bloomer but as long as she's doing well I wouldn't worry about her size

I just wonder if she could be a bantam chick? They are a lot smaller then the big breeds of chickens. I really wouldn't worry as long as she is eatting and drinking along with the others. The electrolites couldn't hurt her and might give her a little boost. The last batch of chicks I got one of the easter eggers was tiny and didn't seem to grow like the others. She did finally catch up and now she is the same size as the others.

I'm really not sure. Lol I wish I knew what she actually was. I guess I'll find out if she makes it. I'm glad the others don't pick on her. Thank you all for your help. I just wanted to make sure or I guess some reassurance I wasn't doing something wrong.
