Fainting goat- dehorning question

I have a 2 Month old fainting gOat. He was already dehorned but there is nubs growing in. What could I do? Have him dehorned again? When is the soonest I could do it? He is a show goat so he can NOT have horns Other wise I would leave him as is.

Can you fit the dehorning iron over his horns? If so, burn again.

Boys often need a figure eight pattern done on their heads to destroy all the horn tissue. Or, he wasn't burn properly the first time.
