Oh. Okay, that makes sense. So, usually the world is created first, and there are subtle differences in the char sheets based on the world. So, maybe the thread starter will say that there are three kinds of fae, and give you a list to choose from.
Usually, the one who wants to be responsible for helping the game along starts the thread and manages it. They post a big blurb of information/story and the others make their characters later. I would consider making a new role play for you guys, but I would need some time. Like. Overnight. To think about it.
