fake eggs

how long do you keep the fake eggs in the nest boxes?
my hens have all started laying and there doesn't seem to be any problems.

Just leave them there. Hens sometimes switch where they lay if the nest suddenly becomes empty.

I leave mine in, they've been in for 2 years.

I just leave mine in, some of my chickens get extremely upset if they're gone.

You can take them out or leave them in.
