Be prepared to give up your personal space, part of your lunch, and your bed. In fact, probably just surrender your free will, you’ll have to do whatever she/he wants you to do from the moment she/he comes into your life. Not an entry, Baby Chevelle, just to show you what a terrible idea a dachshund is powerless against her, I tell ya.

Holy Mackerel. She was an adorable pup. Thankfully I've already given up all that and more to my dogs. They are so worth it. Dachshund are definitely on my short list now.
