I have an idea everyone but it will be up to Katsdar and Lacy Blues. If Lacy Blues has her fabric cut and ready to sew she could put them in little baggies and send them that way. I don't mind working on one more. This way we would be helping her out and she would get her blocks back faster.

What do you ladies think????

I got two more put together last night and will try to finish them up tonight. Then tomorrow, I'll let you know.

That sounds like a wonderful idea, Lacy Blues will you also need help with the Nov.15th swap, you could also do your blocks that way too.

Lacy Blues you could put both swaps together and just put money for the return SASE because the weight will be different unless you want to wait and have me send both swaps together, doesn't matter to me how ever you would like to do it. Just an idea

I'm happy with the idea. I am pretty sure that fenrosie will be too ( she's away) and if she's not, I'll do hers. Same goes with the November swap.

I wouldn't have a problem with this idea either. Cutting is the part I like least about piecing anyway

I havnt gone yet! Off to Devon in the south west of England tomorrow morning. We are five quilters, my friend and I from this county and 3 from Cornwall, further west. We have rented a big house and are going to spend the week sewing and drinking gin! We have been on a couple of retreats together but deceided that we can do our own thing this time. We are going this week because all the rental propertys are cheap!
I'm fine with a DIY block!
