Personally, without knowing what he looks like, black is probably a better choice than white. Black tends to not hide as much as white. Of perhaps try one of each.

What colours do you see in him? Any lacing, barring, mottling, or spangling? What colours are where on his body?

Hes a ladies man. But sorta grouchy around chicks. He has black tail feathers with a hint of green. From hes comb down the feathers start out cream and on the bottom they are speckled with black. His tassle feathers are cream so is is his wings they are black at the tip. Sorry I dont have any pictures of him this makes it more complicated. Thanks for the help.

If he won't mount anymore, perhaps it's time to consider artificial insemination?

He can top the hens fine well some of them. Others thimk he is a pest because he is smaller than all of them. Well Im going to lock him up with 2 hens and hope for the best. Thanks everyone for caring and the help.
