this is my first year showing and i have talked to my parents and they said to help her with the things she needs help with and not do it all and when i first got into showing i had no help and had to do it all im really the only person in my family that know anything about chickens i love them to death but somthing has to give about my cousin doing her paper work. im ganna have to sit down with her and tell her that im not makeing copyies of all my entry forms for her she has to call and get them herself.

exactly. Give her the info that she needs to help her along.
"these are the forms you need" "This is the place that you get them" If she has a question about a specific item on the form, answer it (or even better, show how to get the info herself)

You can do like my husband tries to do when he doesn't want to have to do a chore...just be completely incapable at it. Leave forms incomplete so she has to finish them. Don't buy feed when you run out, "forget" to and then tell her she needs to bring some over and some for your birds as well since she used all yours. Are her chickens in with yours? Oh, I didn't know if you wanted them in/out so I left them there when I took mine. etc. etc.

If it becomes easier for her to just do it herself, then she will or she will give up and quit.
