family summer chicken adventure

This year our family wants to learn how and start raising chickens for eggs, to eat the chickens when they are done laying, and perhaps to also raise chicks too. We are clueless as I am a city boy that moved to Georgia and want to have a good experience with my country wife and our city kids ages 4-12 (3 girls, one boy). So here starts our adventure!
