Fan for an incubator

Hmm, well in theory, once the air hit the side, it would then flow down. Then as heat rises, warm air would rise back up into the fan, and be blown across the side and down again, right?

There are some people who install the fan on the side of the incubator intentionally. I think as long as it moves the air, it will help!

Incubator fans have the air come out the side, too. At least the Farm Innovators fan I put in my Little Giant.

OK thank you. One more questionust picked up some chick starter/grower for my ducklings. Now at tsc they have this.liquid b-12 stuff. Is that what I would add to the chick starter or what exactly do I add for the extra niacin?

Is the chick starter medicated? If so, I think you can't give it to ducks.

Really? Not that I plan to incubate ducks anytime in the near future, but that is good to know because I do use the medicated on my chicks.
