Fan Wiring ?'s

I know...it's been asked a MILLION times before - but I need help lol

I have an LG incubator someone gave me as a "thank you" - brand new but absolute base model right? I want to add a fan....I have a little pc fan I bought to make my own 'bator and never did. It states on the packaging: Rated voltage 12v Started voltage 6V

Okay...I have 3 little adapter cord things I could splice in....one is 3v, the other says 5v and lastly I have one that is 9V.....

Will any of these 3 work? Or should I look for a 6V specific one at Radio Shack maybe??

I think I have the basics down - just not sure if one of these 3 power cords I've been hanging on to for this purpose would work....

with 3V it will not start with 5V yes and no it may start but will be very slow if it starts
so use 9V and if you think it turns slow buy a 12V

Okay thank you! I'll be hitting Radio Shack Monday then lol - don't wanta go stripping wires for no reason
