Fancy leg bands?

I only have 6 chicks, are there fancy leg bands so I can tell them apart? All i have found are ones you can buy in large numbers. Our girls are pampered and I'd love a cute way to tell them apart. I know you cam use different color zip ties, just want to know if there is a " fancier" looking band out there.

You can find stuff like this on the internet, but that is one of the only cool ones I have seen. You can put a name on it, etc...

Thanks, it would be nice to find and assortment of sizes, I know they will need larger ones when they grow up.

If you know someone who makes jewelry or wine glass tags, maybe they can come up with something.

This company has a size chart for standard bird livestock bands and they sell the spiral plastic bands for what appears to be a reasonable price. Most places I have found only sell the bulk quantities, so it was nice to find this company selling them in more reasonable quantities.

Several BYCers use Velcro cable ties or even plastic zip ties. Just be careful not to get them too tight and keep an eye on them as your chickies grow.

Can I ask why you'd want to band them? Is it in case they run away? Or because you have tons and need to be able to tell them apart? Just a noob.

My interest is in telling mine apart. I want to mark the ones I think are roos based on feather development and see if my guesses are accurate.
