My 9 week old partridge Cochin bantams is starting to worry me. Her face and comb are darkening and her waddles are growing. I also have a barred chochin bantam whos comb is still barely pink and no waddles yet.
Am I worried for nothing or do I have a cockerel?

Man, I was hoping I had gotten away without any roos. I already have a grown roo and don't want to have to give this one up. (S)he is one of the prettiest I've had and very sweet.
Maybe it's possible to have 2 flocks. I have 3 other bantam pullets, 7 standard pullets and 2 grown hens. We'll see.
