Fancy Pigeon for Adoption in the Philadelphia area

My brother took this little guy home from the airport, where he works, after a passenger tried to carry it on board the airplane in a gift bag. He was dirty and in really rough shape but has been cleaned up and well cared for the last few days. He cannot keep him and really wants to find him a nice home with some other fancy pigeons. He does not fly but does not appear to be missing his flight feathers. He is really sweet and personable and is in need of some TLC. Any takers? Any advice, if not? I have eleven chickens who are not so friendly to newcomers, as well as my own cat and about a dozen strays who wander in at any time.

Did you try Craigeslist in your area. I know up here in Bloomsburg they were selling pigeons for a good price. I'm not saying to sell him on there, I'm just saying you could try to give him away there.

He looks too young to really fly. I wish I lived closer. I have been wanting a reason to rebuild the pigeon aviary and get some for pets.
