I think that’s what they ended up being. I cooked them just a hair too much to be over easy. But they were still delicious!

It is an egg that is cracked cleanly into a pan, fried until firm enough to flip, then flipped, and cooked the rest of the way.
Yolks can be runny or solid.
It's very easy to do.
