Thanks!!He's pretty. My game cross has the samething, but his other one hasn't grown, & remained a small bump. One of my Red JungleFowl hybrid hens has a spur.
Yeah, I was just super surprised.

Someone once told that a double spur bump is a genetic defect. I don't believe it is a defect. Thanks!!

Weird... I agree though.Someone once told that a double spur bump is a genetic defect. I don't believe it is a defect.
Are you talking about adult birds with crooked/curled toes?Weird... I agree though.
I guess I would think that a defect (not talking about breeding to a SOP) is something that would negatively affect the chicken (curled toes is what I'm thinking).
Yes? I mean I know that crooked toes can come from vitamin deficiencies too... Maybe just chicks? Are you talking about adult birds with crooked/curled toes?
But....the important thing....is she still a pancake?Well, let's change the subject...
What's everyone doing tonight? I'm currently sitting on a brick in my chicken coop... I need to finish locking them up. It's quite peaceful in here.
Good news, my fluffy broody pancake named Dottie, is no longer broody!
Well, she's still very fluffy...But....the important thing....is she still a pancake?
She is exactly what my 2 look like. We have 3 Faverolle, 2 just like this and one with black markings all over her. How'd that happen? Good Morning!
Hmmm.......her fluffiness makes up for her lack of pancakiness.....put just barely. Fluffy baby!
