And since it's getting to be winter If i don't give them light I don't think they will lay till spring, That's what i read.
Do you give them light? I would personally wait for them to naturally start laying. They should start laying in the spring, since they will be close to a year old by then. If they don’t lay in the spring, I would either question your sexing skills, or wonder what is wrong with them. Are they hatchery birds, or from a breeder?

They are from a breeder and I and almost positive the are 5 females and 1 male.

By their voices? If so, then yes they are definitely the genders stated. Can you contact the breeder and ask them when their birds started laying? If the parents started late, then the offspring usually will too.
