I'm just having a really hard time deciding because our hatchery only sells heratige breeds unsexed, so I was thinking that if I get 5 of all 7 breeds I want, about halfish will be roosters right?

The closer you get to a large number (400), the closer it will get to 50%.
In smaller numbers, like 10, it can be a tossup.

The picture is an EE, but the paintings are Ameraucanas... so I wonder what they actually have?

Interesting. We ordered some a really long time ago and I think they we're Ameraucana's, but I'm not sure. I'll make sure I post pics when they come
