Me: oh yay! it's a nice day to spend doing remote learning on the porch, and the chickens can enjoy some time out of their run:

No sign of pups, I’m feeling okay. It’s hard to sleep but yesterday I was able to be outside for a couple hours finally. Nala was starving and looked like she hadn’t eaten enough at all, so we fed her.

Our garter snakes are a lot smaller.
Or maybe they aren't garter snakes? I'm not sure....
I don't know much about them, except they slither around.
