Anyone know how many acres are needed per cow? And how little you can get? I would only want like 5 cows

I believe it's 1.8 acres per cow, but that's not including they're winter feed I don't think. You could have only 5 cows, it would work. What do you want cows for?

Are they going to be grazing for grass only, or fed hay?
