Nononono. Stick to the well thought out and selected brown leghorns and CCLs.

frozen banana is great. any frozen fruit is good to put in smoothies because then you dont have to add as much ice

I looooove frozen fruit in smoothies (even though mine is usually from a bag)

I really like my smoothies thick, so I add lots of ice. This one has vanilla protein powder, frozen berries, banana, yogurt, milk, and lots of ice.
