dont forget that blueberry and raspberry arent annuals. theyll last forever. maybe not actually forever, but yknow. so pick your spot wisely.

Yup. I'd probably do raspberries because it's pretty shady and blueberries need shade. I'd like a good mix of annuals and perennials so that I don't have to replant the WHOLE thing every year, but can change it up if I want.
