Farm chatter

Nope, no horses. I love to ride, but where I am, you can either pay a heck ton of money and ride to compete in high end shows and reach a high, professional level, or you can just not ride. I ride in the summer at my camp, though. At the farm, they have chickens, peacocks, and sheep.
I rode with Arthur Talmage aka Curley in Winnsboro TX, Curley broke and trained Rey Jay.. I rode with John Hoyt of Lone oak TX, Bob Loomis of OK, I've had and bred horses with King P234, Leo 1335 ?, Sugar bars, Poco Bueno, etc etc on their papers.. Was a time where I spent 7 days a week in the saddle.. My critter life is quite extensive, which I've said elsewhere here..

House chicks are always fun! I’m just sad their mom is being difficult and they are separated.
the babies seem to not realize anything is different, so that's good. I'll update on mom if I see her. its just unfortunate cause it's not safe to just give her the babies back. yknow the construction we were doing? we kinda got distracted and haven't worked on it any so there are trenches everywhere and the babies can fall in and not get back out.

we can get them back out, but they cant on their own / with just mom.

What’re you guys doing today?
my house is a wreck so cleaning it I guess
our cats hadnt been peeing on stuff so I trusted them again and also forgot to clean the litter boxes so now I'm finishing the laundry that's in the machine so I can wash what got peed on. :( and then I guess I'll be cleaning the boxes. but coffee and cereal first.
