so the full story is that the dogs were staring at the front door like alerting on something so I looked out the window and saw one of our cats so I opened the door to let him in and saw that the cat was focused on something - picked up the grey mass of fluffin and brought it inside and got it warmed up to treat for shock - no external bleeding - and contacted one of my friends who does wildlife rehab. she video called me and asked if I could weigh him. so I did & he woke up from his stupor and ran off so I pursued him and sneakily grabbed him because chickens have lulled me into a false sense of security and he bit me and escaped! so I caught him a second time with a towel and put the towel in a Tupperware because I didnt know what to do and I was trying to slide the towel out of the tupperware and the squirrel came with it & went into the front room and disappeared under the couch.

at least you know where he is
shut the dogs and cats in a different room, you don't want him eaten

I was close. I actually quit playing because I was stressing over the fact that I couldn't do everything everyday without needing to sleep. Lol
