I doesn't cost anything to post listing but they do take a small portion of the profit, but you don't loose anything cause is costs nothing to make the listing.

That's a type of Seller's Fee. But I can probably live with it.

I wonder what % they take out of the profit is?

Here's a chart I found. But you essentially get to choose the amount of profit you make. When you make a listing you choose the price, you don't need to worry about calculating how much money you will make because it tells you straight up how much you personally make.

What about making feather earrings with some of your birds (esp guineas) feathers? I did it for a while and had huge amounts of people asking about them.
Where did you sell them? I am deeply intrigued. I have a few peafowl and Guinea feathers lying around. ;)
