Not every stranger who talks to you is scary. I once met a really nice new-to-chickens couple at a TSC and showed them all my favorite chicken products. We shared pictures of our chickens and I gave them a few tips as well as big ones. Strangers can be fun but they can also be quite sketchy. Thankfully some people know how to put up with kids. When I was a toddler I used to sing in grocery stores and talk to every person I met. I have a distinct memory from when i was two or three and I was singing in a grocery store and I sang out “WHY DOES THAT LADY HAVE GREY HAIRRRR?” And later I asked the cashier if she heard me singing. She replied quite quickly to that

One of my brothers got given a chocolate bar by one of the staff in a Santa costume in the supermarket one year. He threw the chocolate bar right back at the poor man.

We were probably told a few too many times not to accept sweets from strangers.

It's annoying, but somewhat helpful when Wikipedia gets edited.

Last time I read it on how the Indio Gigantes were created, & it had Barred Rock listed in the genes. Now it's Shamo, & Malay. I think they're confused . Or it's all three in the genetics creating the Giant, but Shamo, & Malay being the primary make up, which makes more sense.

lol, Ok! I have an Etsy shop so I may have her make some to see if she can make a few bucks with them anyway. They're very cute and I have a few friends that want them too.

If a stranger comes up and talks to you just say “Shut your face, it might make it look a bit better”

works on bullies too. I’ve tested it.

Funny, I’m the most talkative person you’ll ever meet, but when I was 8 I had selective mutism and wouldn’t speak a word!

Well, if they’re kidnapping them they’re clearly not nice but yeah, I’ve talked to lots of strangers and they’re usually pretty nice especially at the farm stores but ya never know. Sometimes even people you’ve known for years could be bad. Ever wonder why they catch a killer and go no way so & so could have done that?

I don’t think saying “that’s not nice” is going to stop a kidnapper

Yes, I just rolled out of bed. I was up entirely too late talking about roasting things over lava with Emma, lol. I'm going to ask to have them moved in just a minute!
