Farm chatter

I need a chicken breed bootcamp lol
I only know some super obvious ones
mainly speckled sussex but I wouldn't know a sussex of any other coloration...
Wyandotte: gold laced, silver laced, blue laced red, and columbian are most common
columbian looks like light brahma
sussex: Speckled and light (columbian) are the most common, there's also dark which looks like this

Rock: barred are most common, and you'll also see white, partridge, and silver pencilled commonly

cochins and orps come in every color ever
australorps are usually black or blue

brahmas are light (columbian) buff (columbian patterning with buff underneath) and dark

Dark brahmas are basically silver pencilled
easter eggers are whatever
silkies are usually white, buff, or bbs, but you can also get partridge, paint, and other colors
polish are usually white crested black or white crested blue (self explanatory) gold laced, or buff laced

I actually owned 2 polish for a minute. They both died. I swear one killed the other and then a couple weeks later a predator got that one.

I need to sort my photos cause I couldn't find any pics. Gold laced and buff laced.

Am I allowed to laugh at this because 'I swear one killed the other then got taken by a predator' is the funniest thing I've ever read
