Get celadon hens and a pansy rooster! If you hatch eggs from them then the chicks have a chance to be the pansy color AND lay blue eggs! Of course you could also just buy celadon pansy quail but both of those traits are very rare so I doubt you'll find celadon pansies.

That would be cool, though I do love the celadon coloring as it is.

I checked, and where I live a permit is not required. Maybe I would get both.
