-Crop is squishy
-walking fine
-still talks to me
-stays outside with a few other chickens
-she's the bottom in the pecking order
-drinks, but doesn't drink like all the other chickens
-Other than that, she seems fine, but I'm still very worried about her

Open her beak, & look inside the back of her mouth. There's 2 tubes, one is the Wind pipe, & the other is the esophagus. If you don't see anything, feel her neck for a lump in her throat?
