Another suggestion of mine is called (I'm pretty sure, I can't remember offhand) ChickenApp. It's not as easy to use as Flockstar, but it is definitely my second choice. Another one is just called farm, and while it doesn't let you record individual birds' eggs, it lets you sort into coop and say if you added birds or if birds died.
