One of my girls got all the feathers pecked off her head and it is looking very red. Others have feathers above the tail missing and some off the head but hers is very bad. What do I do?

If there’s one with no picked feathers, separate her because she’s the bully. Otherwise, watch them until you figure out who the bully is. I’d get some grower feed to mix with layer to help feather growth, and blu kote the worst spots.
