That is quite a bargain! In this area where I live, a house alone would run about $250,000. And that is a styrofoam and ticky tacky stucco thing on a postage stamp lot.

I think you had better re think your move. Colorado is really expensive.

No kiddin purplechicken......A trailer here is about $130K to $150K. I think i need to sell and move south.
