Farm Innovators Model 2200 Circulated Air Incubator?

I ordered this Farm Innovators Model Incubator recently & it should be here today.
I thought it would be better than my homemade one because of the last death I had in the homemade one...
So any ever used a Farm Innovator Incubator product?
Would love if I got some reviews or any tips of making this thing work amazingly.

Just got it and I'm trying to get a accurate temperature. But the glass thermometer inside says 100 & the hygrometer/thermometer says 98. Is this a problem?

Well, this is several years old, but.....
I inserted a calibrated thermometer, so temp is not a problem. My question is the accuracy of the hygrometer in the F.I. 2200 - any suggestions on aftermarket hygrometers?
