Pics

A couple of shots of my new gander, Walter.

Isn't he a doll? Hehee

He's a grey Dewlap Toulouse. He's 2 years old. Going to help me make pretty split for buff babies.

You're right.

I edit all my photos as well, and have been taking photos, and edit for many years.. Since I was 13 years old. I have always preferred animals as my subjects. I started out with terrible instruments, and still took pictures I like. But I can see that if given the proper tools, those images would have come out better.

Just my opinion, and doesn't mean it's so.

Here are some images I took with a basic point and shoot. Lots and lots of lighting though.

I was all about cats before I had chickens. :)

AWWWWWW!!!!!! Do you still have your cats? These are just heart grabbers!!!!

Your picture reminded me of this one.
This is an old friend of mine, Sir Beckett. We called him Sir Buckett instead.

Passed away at 29 years old. One of the most intelligent horses I have ever met!

He is beautiful. They do look a lot alike! What was his breeding do you know? She was Egyptian - an Ansata Ibn Halima grand daughter.. That's how old she was when she passed also, 29. I had her since she was 3 years old. I liked that picture because the barn looks like it was made just for her.

I do not. I lost a lot of cats because they are outdoor/indoor :( Only kept one kitten in the above pictures, and she was hit by a car. My friend got another and he was also hit by a car. Only 1 is still alive with another old friend.

I will not get any more cats unless they are indoor only, which also makes me sad.

3acres, I hope you have some of this artwork framed and up all over your house. Those foggy and silhouette pictures were excellent!

Thanks! I do have some on the wall. That's what started my picture taking, to be able to cheaply decorate my house. I've been making my own furniture and signs for the walls also....as well as getting all the way around more into self sustainable living. Most of my pictures look pretty bad blown up. I've tried different printing companies and they all have said the resolution isn't big enough, even on my camera's highest setting, for blowing up. So I'm mainly practicing for when I do get a more powerful camera and plus I'm kinda hooked on it.....lol. I don't think I've posted anything yet that I do have up on the wall. Thanks for looking at my pictures! Some more great shots you've just added!!!

These pics are the only pics I've ever staged. Like I have said earlier in this thread, I have thousands and thousands of pics I've taken, all of just what I happen to being seeing while working the place at the time. I just have the camera around my neck all the time and click away while working.

This is my oldest boy and his pony. She's a great one!
