Pasha is that your dog in the picture? What kind is he? Looks like a good protector for your animals.

I don`t know how named this dogs in the english, in russian this is SAO (sredneasitskaya ovcharka). This is a big gods from asian part of Rusia, and from nearest coutries of Asia - for example Tadzhikistan. This gogs are very clever, but sometimes very obstinate, and in the russian army or police (for example) this gods used not very often, there are another dogs. In the past time i had two dogs like that, but they are dead yet (they was very old). After that i buy a new. He`s name is Tiraz.
In the Tadzhikistan the people use this gods for defend a goats and sheeps from the wolfs. This dog have a serious weight and are stronger as wolf.

My dog don`t touch my fowl, but he always like to enter to the rooms where live my chikens for to look what are there. If i give to my chikens the bread - that`s all - he enter and eat everything. But he don`t touch the eggs or chickens.


If i buy a new fowl i always must to introduce it to my dog, or i will have a problems. After the introduce my dog begin to know that this is our fowl, and don`t touch it. But when enter any another birds or unknown animals he begin to attack them. One time he eated one head of a bird of prey... I find one wild bird without the head in my garden.

If you have a interest i can find any web-site width pictures of this dogs, this gogs are very popular in the houses of russian farmers and another people who live in the coutries or in a small towns.

Yes, this dogs like the children, but sometimes they defend it too much. This is a clever dogs, but the people who have it must understand that this is a serious dog, NOT A TOY. For example if the child want to run anywhere to play, the dog stand on the way and don`t let to go. Don`t bite, but stand on the way. I think that this is an instinct - the dogs are for the sheeps and goats and begin to defend the children as the sheeps. And the people must to understand - if very young child will walk widh this dog and meet anybody stupid who begin to tease the dog - the child will can`t do anything, the dog will attack and the teaser will have very serious hurts or can be killed (!).

For example when i walk anywhere on my earth, this dog ALWAYS stand front of me. In my little country are some streets, the people often walk width the dogs (this dogs are very popular) and always i see that: any woman go, and the dog are between she and anybody unknown. Sometimes it is difficult to talk normal width the neighbours. Of course the dogs don`t attack, but sometimes i can`t take a hand of any my neighbour - i don`t know - maybe he`s dog understand my movements or maybe not. This is an interest dog: i can give much food to any another (not mine) dog, but if i will enter to the earth of the neighbour or he`s car where are this dog - it not let me, if i will do it again it will attack me.

I don`t walk width the dog on the streets, maybe i am too lazy for that. I have enough earth, and the dog walk in my little park and in the garden. Sometimes we play together, but i must to be careful, the dog running and if he run at me, he don`t stop. I have a weight 105-110 kg (i am fat), but if the dog run at me - sometimes i can`t stop it, and we fall to the earth ))). Of course the dog don`t beat me, he only played.
The favorite toy of my dog are my socks. If i can`t find any socks - i know who taked it )))

My wife showed me your building for your flock.. just wanted to say that is a really good job of building.. I have been doing construction for almost 20 years so i do admire somebody that has the ability and drive to to plan out something and then take action to bring it to reality .. really enjoyed the pictures, thank you for posting them!!

I wonder if it is the same as the breed called the Caucasian Ovcharka dog here in the states. I have seen them at shows and they are gorgeous. but known for being highly protective.

Kaukasian Ovcharka is very like to Asian Ovcharka, but this is another dog width another caracter. For example, kaukasian (i read some books about this dog too betveen to choose any dog for my house) have only one "boss", it can comand, but anybody another - children, wife of any granfuther - can`t comand, they are "used" as the cheeps or goats, this dog will defend it, but never will hear it. Asian ovcharka understand that all the family are "bosses".
Here in my country are kaukazian ovcharkas too, but asian are more popular here.

I am not sure (i must to look on one old computer in the room of my futher), maybe i find some pictures of two my dead dogs - one was asian (name Fidzhi), and one was kaukasian/asian (futher kaukasian, mother - asian. Name is Akesh). Next day i look, maybe i find, it was very good dogs. But this dogs live 11-15 years and die, they don`t live very long life.

Here was the begining (i used the electrowelding):

We buid it width one worker from Tadzhikistan - it was not easy for two people (me and him)

Here are the wood (near of the gate. I cut 6 m trees in the forest, clean it and use for the builing. And i buy some wood in the market too).

And here i prepare the place for concrete-floor (after that i leaved there much various metal - old metal nets, metal stiks, various metal garbage too... After that i begin to pour the concrete):



I think that this building can be used a long time widhout any problems. For example i have one old building where live now my geeses (this is an old photo, i did it last spring, then i did not have any geeses yet):

I will use this old house as long as posible, after this time i will use a new rooms. I hope this buiding will stand one-two years more, haha. After this time i will done a new building )))
