Here are a few pictures of my new aviary!!! I have 2 pair of mandarins 2 pair of Golden Pheasants and a few pair of pigeons.
Here we go.

In the pic above is my chicken roost and nest boxes (bantam cochins) I use them to hatch my Golden pheasants eggs.
Pic above is my chick brooder.

Thank you all for the kind words, they are encouraging :) I have been in a bit of photography rut and am trying to snap out of it.

Oh wow, her work is stunning and inspirational! Thank you for sharing!
I keep looking at it, because it gives me goosebumps.

Children + animals are so wonderful.

Whatever filters you guys come up with I am in love with. Wish I could figure out some better filters!

I am in awe of her mastery of natural light. Of course there are few better subjects than kids and critters!!

If you come over to the dark side of lightroom I would be happy to share mine & talk developing :)
It's the program I started with so I don't know anything else haha

Her skills are undeniable, but I imagine some of that is tweeked w/ post processing editing. That is not meaning to take anything away from her skills and artistry.

I'm afraid any purchased photo editing software is going to be overwhelming! :S Do I need classes?

Oh for sure :)

I love photoshop elements. About 90% of what you would normally do to a pic is very intuitive and easy, even some of it is self guided. When you get into layers I get lost. I think the only way I'll ever master layers is to take a class.

I am a techno IDIOT seriously and I can manage ps elements.
