Farmers market score

Well I got a whole garage bag full of lettuce and corn from my local farmers market. Can I throw it all into the girls coop? Or should I space it out?

Give them a little at first and see how they do.

I know when I give a lot of lettuce to my girls all at once, they have some very lose stools.
