Fat yellow chick. about 2 weeks old (1 week in pic)... Breed and gender?

So no one needs a video? I actually HAVE a video uploaded to YouTube. If you want, I can send you the link.
The thing is, this baby is awfully young to give you any information about sex, video or not. Best guess is that it's a California White cross, based on your breeds, and you'll have to wait several weeks before we can guess sex.

is it just me or does this one look to have a beard?? which given those breeds is kinda impossible I know

cream with random black dot(s) are classic sign of dominant white cross(ca white or red sex link would give this from your list).

the problem is, if this chick is bearded.. there has to be a bearded parent. don't see a bearded bird in your list..... if you have one not mentioned, it is the parent.

all chicks from cuckoo maran will hatch out black with white on back of head, white on wing tips etc. the only exception would be half of the chicks out of the red sex link and ca white will hatch out cream with random black spots. so that rules out cuckoo maran x buff brahma(yes, chicks from this will all be black with white on head).

if you got the ca white as day old and it had black spots that is a very typical look for dominant white crossed with a colored chicken. if you are seeing this with the chick it absolutely points to either the ca white or red sex link as they are the only ones with dominant white in your list.

are there other young/adult birds not listed?

Thank you.
No, there aren't any other birds I missed. But then again, I have a lot of hens, so I could have possibly forgotten one. Since it's nearly 11:00PM here, I will check in the morning, just to make sure I got all of them.

Oh, the sex doesn't matter, I was just wondering if you wanted a video so you could get a better view. From all sides. So you could possibly have a better guess of the breed.

It's actually much easier to look at still photos for this kind of thing rather than trying to catch a clear image on video. Sorry, I know you really want to post one!
