Father is a Salmon Faverolle, but Mother?

Anyone know who this guy's mom might be? His father was for sure a Salmon Faverolle because he was the only rooster we had at the time. Since he has a single comb, not blue, not barred; I'm assuming we can rule out the following hens?: dark brahma, buff brahma, silver laced wyandotte, blue laced wyandotte, barred rock and blue copper maran. Which would leave the other hens:
-Jubilee Orpington
-Speckled Sussex
-Barnevelder
-Welsummer
