Fatty poo deposits?

Hi just been through hen house and seen couple of blobs of what i assume is chicken poop, it looks very much like the fat you find inside a prepared bird you get from the supermarket?? What is it suggesting healthwise etc?

I wouldn't worry until it was everyday, and a lot that looked abnormal. then post in emergency and disease section for more help.
