do they only come in salmon? I was hoping for a different color, but that's all I've found.

i think they can come in white but i havent seen any on a hatchery website. there are other colors but you will have to go through a breeder. check out feathersite to see different colors

They come in Salmon, White, Black, Cuckoo, Splash, Mahogony, and Buff.

Yep, they do come in those colors but they are rare.
