they are 6 months, i have heard him crow rarely, very quiet-I am so in love with my bantam faverolles, now i am wanting more- so who has a small number of eggs available? These are from dinamoe, and just adore them- sammy the cockerel is a slow maturer i guess, but he knows when to protect his girls, when one of the EE's and his little lady were having words, he quietly went over and stood between them- and i guess gave her a serious stink eye cuz she left... That's funnyHow old is this little guy?
Soggy girls haha. Glad mine have the sense to stay out of the rain haha. Your lucky its not to cold there. Its getting pretty chilly here wouldn't want my girls to get to damp. Hopefully snow doesn't fly to soon.
Handsome boys. Where did you get them. Glad they are so docile. Unfortunately my boys were crowing up a storm at 4 months old and having some skirmishes with each other. Luckily they are at my friends farm now and hopefully will get over their angsty teen phase now.Hi everyone! I haven't been on the thread in a long time!
Anyway, I have two boys. I got them as 3 day olds on June 23 this year, so this makes them 4 months now. They are not crowing or showing any teenage roughness or rampaging hormones. So, I am going to go with breeder birds do mature much slower. Here are my boys.
