Hi all! I am getting 10 bantam Salmon Faverolles chicks from a breeder in a few weeks for 4 h this year.

Hi Destiny. I have to ask. Do you have standard Brahmas? I remember you saying u hatched some but was just wondering.

My Frou must be a Faverolles freak of breed nature. But then she is the beardless wonder. She has a nice sized comb and her feet/legs have some feathering but not enough to be considered snow boots She is sweet and talkative when I go out to tend them but she is far from the bottom of the pecking order. She is #4 of 7. My buff Brahma is the bottom.

We have just 1 standard light brahma hen left from Mark Peterson. Used to have a handful.... Just lost our other old hen I cold stretch last weekend.

I got her along with 2 others from Chickens for backyards hatchery. They are beyond my favorite hatchery!
