I started to ask about that beautiful girl! She is very pretty - and poses perfectly for the camera

It's a hard decision, but I'm so glad Keesmom did send me some more - I love those girls! I have big plans for them

For the first time, I shipped a trio of LF Cochins in late November, they went to Maine.... I was a nervous wreck, but they made it in great shape. I didn't plan to ship them but the lady really wanted them...

BTW I showed this pic off to SO and told him that Favs always remind me of a piece of gingerbread with whipped cream dollops. This bird especially.

we have an incubator full of University of Arkansas eggs. A few are Faverolles. Candling tonight to remove any duds.

I am offended!! (Actually I am not. I love your sense of humor Mr Jim. I laughed at your submission in the CSU thread and your complaints that your birds might be crossed with Favs) I didn't swipe any at all. He was a witting partner in transporting eggs for myself and another woman and IF he has things go well he has already offered to help me again since my hatch was ruined by shipping. Three out of over two dozen eggs were all that hatched and most did not develop at all. BTW I thought you "hated" these brown birds lol That's a lot of hate building up in that bator!

No one said anything about the pics of the duo. I had hoped someone would give some sortof advice

She is beautiful. The blacks you sent out, were they just your line or were they from the cross with my line? Do you remember? I have a few blacks and blues of yours here in a separate pen and they are growing out nicely. You don't have anything but Salmon in bantam and large fowl right?

They are a cross with your line. I still have three black hens I kept for eggs. Big hens with great type.

gorgeous! am hoping on some eggs from Cloverleaf in the spring, the only breed I will be expanding- Mary has continued to fuel my Fav obsession
