Finally got some pics of my Faverolles! Here are some of my breeding stock for next years chicks. I've got a ways to go before I can really show, but I think I'm getting there slowly but surely . I really like these birds, so comical and laid back. My daughter calls them Hobbit chickens because of their fuzzy legs.

DANG, girl! Them's some beautiful birds! I think I need to get on your egg waiting list, even though you're across the country.

I recently read on another post how some chickens like their keel to be rubbed.... well I think Aurora likes it a little too much as she jumps on my lap every morning and makes them "bup bup buuuup" sounds until I stroke her! Then she falls asleep!
