I just brought home 6 Salmon Faverolle chicks wed! They are so cute and fluffy, cannot wait until I can enjoy these wonderful beauties on the homestead! Ive read and heard so many great things about them, they sound like the perfect chicken for a family with children!

changing how I water the flock, purchased the nipples from Amazon for a dollar each.
I have 3 five gallon pails, and for my smaller breeding coop a 2 gallon pail with just 2 nipples. I will still use my five gallon tray waters for my free ranging birds when they are outside, the nipple waters will be inside the coops.

One month old. 1 banty Sam fav, 2 LF Sam fav's, 2 quail D'anvers . The dark bantam is more than likely to be a cockerel, and the 2 LF are pullets, the D'anvers I am hoping to be one of each. All will be shown at the county fair this fall.
