Faverolles Thread

Handsome boys the bottom one looks splash to me though. Hope you can find someone who wants them favs make such great pets or flock roosters.

The one little broody egg is pipped so I put the barrier up between the broody and the rest of the flock. She lost a fight apparently yesterday and has a small gash over her eye. Other then that everyone is looking shiny and beautiful! I need to take some new pictures to girl from Leisha is through her molt and looking good her lacing is stunning. The Oxley girl is also just getting blockier and move type every day remember this is the girl I was "disappointed" with this winter now she is just stunning and probably one of my best hens if not my best. I can't wait to get the cockerel and start breeding these guys again.

Planning on moving first batch of chicks outside this weekend. Will take pics after the move and try to post. Should be mix bag of birds, large blues, blacks, splashes, bantam buff and bantam whites and some large salmons.

Its been two weeks now since my little cream baby was born. Im hoping it is a mix of my Faverolle roo and non-Faverolle hen though it does not have a fifth toe and no apparent muff. When I showed its newborn pic I was assured it was half Faverolle and most likely a "she." Here is a pic at 2 weeks. Im wondering what others think now that it has more feathers coming in and comb developing. Still of Faverolle decent and still a girl?
